1. Do you have a mail order catalog?

Although we do not publish a consumer mail order catalog, our collection can be found in thousands of golf and tennis specialty shops throughout the United States. Please use our Store Locator to find a Tail retailer near you.

2. I saw a Tail item I liked but the store didn't have it in my size. What can I do?

Have the Tail retailer call our Customer Service Department to special order it for you. You can also check here, online, for the style and size you may be looking for.

3. I received a Tail item as a gift but it's the wrong size. How can I exchange it?

Ask the gift buyer where they purchased the item. Contact the place of purchase for information regarding their exchange policy. If it is a style that we also have in stock, you may also contact us for any exchange.

4. What styles do you carry in larger sizes?

Most of our sizes run XS-XL and 4-18 (size 2 and 20 are available in specific styles). If your store does not carry this item in stock, please ask about their special order policy.

5. If I purchase from you will I receive spam emails?

Where we do communicate with our customers regularly, inclusion in that distribution list is strictly on an opt-in basis. If you have other questions regarding similar matters, please reference our Privacy Policy page.

6. I bought a Tail garment a while ago and like the fabric/style/fit. Where can I buy the same style and does it come in different colors or patterns?

Tail's fashion merchandise is created on a seasonal basis. Our colors and styling will change to reflect the latest trends and fashions. We strive to keep our fit consistent and use many of our most successful styles and fabrics from season to season. Our Essentials line is a collection of styles and colors that are in stock on a year-round basis. Visit your nearest Tail retailer or check back here to see the latest collection.

7. Can I view a sizing guide for your products?

8. I used the Store Locator but there isn't a Tail retailer in my area. What should I do?

Please contact us at info@tailactivewear.com and give us the names of cities in close proximity to you. We will contact you with the closest Tail retailer.

9. Do you have an outlet store?

Yes, we have an outlet store at our corporate office, available by appointment only. Please call (305) 638-2650 for more information. Also, as of November 2008, we will be opening our first free standing outlet at the Prime Outlet Center in St. Augustine, Florida.

10. Where can I inquire about employment opportunities at Tail Activewear?

11. Do I have to pay sales tax on Internet orders?

As is the case with all Internet sites, it depends on your location and the states in which the retailer has a presence. The shopping cart will automatically calculate and apply sales tax where necessary.
