When returning serve, to get a jump start on the return, stand in a little closer to the service line on the second serve. Try to beat the ball in crossing over the service line by catching it early before it crosses the line causing your opponent to rush his shot. You will either win the point by his error, or they will hit up on it setting you up for the put away while you are closing in on it.
