Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $75 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 and orders between $75 - $149.99 will be shipped at a flat rate of $9.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.
Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.
Tail charges a flat rate of $25 to any country that UPS can ship to. Any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We are partnered with Zonos, an international checkout feature that allows for duties and taxes on orders to be paid upfront instead of after the package has already landed. The duties and taxes assessed are determined by UPS in conjunction with your country’s laws, so any taxes and duties that are defined are in no way determined by Tail nor does our company benefit from these charges. Any monies collected for duties and taxes are paid to the government. Tail is paid only for the goods sold and the $25 USD shipping fee.

If you purchased the $2.98 unlimited free returns & exchanges protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through the Re:do return portal. The returns & exchanges protection applies only to the order with which it was purchased.
If you did not purchase the $2.98 free returns & exchanges protection at the original time of checkout, you will be still be able to process your return or exchange through the Re:do return portal; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee at a discounted rate.
For purchases made with a gift card, the refund will go back on to the gift card(s) used for the original purchase. If returning an item greater than 120 days old, please provide personal identification to receive a refund via a Tail Activewear Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. If returning a gift, you will receive your refund only on a Tail Activewear Gift Card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges. Refunds on credit cards can take up to 10 business days to post to your statement after they have been issued back to your original form of payment.

I wear a lot of white tops on the golf course in the summer since it's so hot and humid in Georgia. I was excited to add this one to my wardrobe. Unfortunately, I listed to the reviews saying that it was too small so I ordered a medium instead of my usual size small. I should have ordered a small. The medium is too big. I'll still wear it but my regular size small would have been more flattering and a better fit. I'm 5'3" and 120 lbs and consistently a size small. The material and style is great and it washed and dried well. The wrinkles from being folded in the packaging didn't full come out in the wash but it just took a few seconds with a steamer to get them out.

I wish I hadn't listened to the reviews. I am 5'3" and 120 lbs. I'm consistently a size small. Based on the reviewers saying that it ran small, I ordered a medium. It's too large but I already took the tags off so it's mine now. It's not gigantic so I'll still wear it but my usual size small would have been a better and more flattering fit. It's always so hard to tell with reviews especially when people don't provide their height, weight, and usual size vs. size purchased. I've washed and dried this already and it looks great. Good material, good style. Just wish I ordered my regular size instead of sizing up.

The top was exactly what I wanted. I normally wear a large but found that this top runs smaller than expected. Unfortunately, the XL was sold out so I had to go to a different style.
