Standard Shipping
Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $6.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.
- Orders received Monday through Friday typically ship within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends.
- UPS provides our shipping services through UPS Ground; your package is picked up from our warehouse by UPS and delivered directly to your address by their delivery network.

Expedited Shipping
- 3-Day Business Shipping: $20.00
- 2-Day Business Shipping: $30.00
- 1-Day Business Shipping: $40.00
Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday and on Friday before 12:00 pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.
Shipping Outside the United States
We're happy to ship internationally! International orders are shipped via DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, or FedEx International Connect Plus®, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. We use Zonos to calculate and display estimated duties and taxes at checkout so there are no surprises upon delivery.
