Standard Shipping

Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $75 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 and orders between $75 - $149.99 will be shipped at a flat rate of $9.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.

• Orders received Monday through Friday typically ship within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends.
• UPS provides our shipping services through SurePost; your package is picked up from our warehouse by UPS then it is handed off to your local post office to make the final delivery.

Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.

Shipping Outside the United States

Tail charges a flat rate of $25 to any country that UPS can ship to. Any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We are partnered with Zonos, an international checkout feature that allows for duties and taxes on orders to be paid upfront instead of after the package has already landed. The duties and taxes assessed are determined by UPS in conjunction with your country’s laws, so any taxes and duties that are defined are in no way determined by Tail nor does our company benefit from these charges. Any monies collected for duties and taxes are paid to the government. Tail is paid only for the goods sold and the $25 USD shipping fee.

If you purchased the $2.98 unlimited free returns & exchanges protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through the Re:do return portal. The returns & exchanges protection applies only to the order with which it was purchased.

If you did not purchase the $2.98 free returns & exchanges protection at the original time of checkout, you will be still be able to process your return or exchange through the Re:do return portal; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee at a discounted rate.

For purchases made with a gift card, the refund will go back on to the gift card(s) used for the original purchase. If returning an item greater than 120 days old, please provide personal identification to receive a refund via a Tail Activewear Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. If returning a gift, you will receive your refund only on a Tail Activewear Gift Card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges. Refunds on credit cards can take up to 10 business days to post to your statement after they have been issued back to your original form of payment.
