Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.
Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday and on Friday before 12:00 pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.
Tail charges a flat rate of $25 to any country that UPS can ship to. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

In the unlikely event that your package is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Love them. The waist fits perfectly. Size 4 for 120lbs, 5’2”. They are a tad long but that’s ok. I’m good with the coverage. I’ve washed them and they turned out great. I always get compliments on my Tail pants and shorts. The fit is consistent for the most part and the crease down the front/back sets them apart from the competition. They move with you. Nice selection too.
