Standard Shipping

Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.

  • Orders received Monday through Friday typically ship within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends. Due to the overwhelming support we have received from our Relaunch Sale, please expect our shipping times to be delayed. We thank you for your generosity and understanding.
  • UPS provides our shipping services through UPS Ground; your package is picked up from our warehouse by UPS and delivered directly to your address by their delivery network.
  • Please see the map below for estimated time in transit from our warehouse (in business days). Subject to change due to holidays, weather conditions, etc.

Expedited Shipping

  • 3-Day Business Shipping $20.00
  • 2-Day Business Shipping $30.00
  • 1-Day Business Shipping $40.00

Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday and on Friday before 12:00 pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.

Service above and beyond

I purchased this skirt last winter and had not looked at it. When it was finally warm enough to wear this outfit, I saw there were flaws on the front and back. I contacted Tail and they said I could order any skirt I wanted. As I have two shirts that go with the skirt, I wanted the same one. I told them I would rather wait and see if they got it back in stock. I received an email that they might have one in the warehouse in my size. Another email saying they did and it was shipped that day. That is one of the reasons I buy from Tail. Great service with no questions asked even though this purchase was made several months before. I wore it in a tournament last weekend and have received lots of compliments on it and the shirts, too.

Love the fit and colour

This skort is true to size and a vibrant colour -- somewhere between red and orange. It's also extremely light weight and matches the Lynx and Aurora tops. There are two vertical lines of ruching on the front of the skort for a nice feminine touch.
