Normally wear an XL, this shirt runs small in the body but normal in the shoulders. So if you are an XL with a six pack, it would work for you - but not so much if any belly. Exchanged the XL for an XXL. XXL looks sloppy, shoulder seams are down my arm. Must return again. Thin fabric, good with a 6 pack, not otherwise.....all that said, Thank you Tail for great customer service!
