Standard Shipping

Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.

  • Orders received Monday through Friday typically ship within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends.
  • UPS provides our shipping services through UPS Ground; your package is picked up from our warehouse by UPS and delivered directly to your address by their delivery network.
  • Please see the map below for estimated time in transit from our warehouse (in business days). Subject to change due to holidays, weather conditions, etc.

Expedited Shipping

  • 3-Day Business Shipping $20.00
  • 2-Day Business Shipping $30.00
  • 1-Day Business Shipping $40.00

Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday and on Friday before 12:00 pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.

Shipping Outside the United States

Tail charges a flat rate of $25 to any country that UPS can ship to. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

In the unlikely event that your package is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. LOVE the Tail dresses for golf!

This is the third dress I have purchased and, as with the first two, I love it! I can always count on the quality and fit to be perfect. I am 5'5" and the 35" size medium dress is just right. What I appreciate about Tail is their consistency. Whether it is a dress, skort or golf top, the medium is always going to fit me.
