Standard Shipping
Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.
- Orders received Monday through Friday typically ship within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends. Due to the overwhelming support we have received from our Farewell Sale, please expect our shipping times to be delayed. We thank you for your generosity and understanding.
- UPS provides our shipping services through UPS Ground; your package is picked up from our warehouse by UPS and delivered directly to your address by their delivery network.
- Please see the map below for estimated time in transit from our warehouse (in business days). Subject to change due to holidays, weather conditions, etc.
Expedited Shipping
- 3-Day Business Shipping $20.00
- 2-Day Business Shipping $30.00
- 1-Day Business Shipping $40.00
Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday and on Friday before 12:00 pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.
Shipping Outside the United States
Tail charges a flat rate of $25 to any country that UPS can ship to. Any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We are partnered with Zonos, an international checkout feature that allows for duties and taxes on orders to be paid upfront instead of after the package has already landed. The duties and taxes assessed are determined by UPS in conjunction with your country’s laws, so any taxes and duties that are defined are in no way determined by Tail nor does our company benefit from these charges. Any monies collected for duties and taxes are paid to the government. Tail is paid only for the goods sold and the $25 USD shipping fee.

Versatile jacket
Seems to run a bit small but I needed it for the sleevel length and the fit. Just can’t wear a lot of clothes under it. I have the dark navy one, that seems to be a bit roomier. It will be a good transitional color and jacket however. Glad I could try it on at a store when visiting, (90 miles away) so had a good idea of the fit.
