Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.
Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday and on Friday before 12:00 pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.
Tail charges a flat rate of $25 to any country that UPS can ship to. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

I bought this skirt quickly to go with a top from the Sugar Rush collection. The price was perfected but I should have read the reviews 1st. LOVE the color , the fit and adorable ruffles in the back. However, no shorts underneath and it is mesh material. If it had built in shorts it would be perfect.

I love the style of this skirt and the color. The small pleats in the back are so cute and flattering. I loved that it was a skirt and not a skort. You can wear shorties under it in the summer and tights in the fall/winter. Perfect! Only one problem, the mesh material is see through. Yep, you can see your legs right through the skirt. It makes a beautiful skirt look trashy. What a shame, I had to send it back because I would be embarrassed to wear it.
Tail, if you read this please make this skirt in another material. I would buy it in a heartbeat.
