Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.
Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday and on Friday before 12:00 pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.

I would have given the dress 5 stars if it came in petite. I'm 5'3" and would have preferred it to be a little shorter. The fabric and size were perfect except.for the length. The model is probably around 5'10" so those of us that are short would like more selection than what is offered. Other than that the top part of the dress fits well.
