Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.
Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday and on Friday before 12:00 pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.
Tail charges a flat rate of $25 to any country that UPS can ship to. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

Runs small. I have multiple bottoms and tops in my closet by Tail in the exact size I ordered. They all fit fine. The 2 items I ordered recently......shorts and a long sleeve top both feel like a size smaller and am very disappointed that I will have to return.

I was so looking forward to try this on, but the style is so different from what' showing in the picture! The picture is a slim cutting, tapered down. But in fact, the whole leg is so wide, the bottom is same width as the top, it is not flattering at all!
I am attaching a picture to show my other pair of slim shorts, you will see what I mean.
I understand some people may like wider pants; but I feel the picture is too misleading! I don't see the model has fat legs, I can't see how it can appear to be so slim naturally.
It is not I ordered the wrong size, the waist/hip fit fine, just the legs are too wide. It is the style that is not true to the picture!
Now I am afraid of buying any pants based on the pictures. Returning not only is an extra hussle, but cost me to pay the return shipping.
Extremely disappointed.
