Standard Shipping

Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.

• Orders received Monday through Friday typically ship within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends. Due to the overwhelming support we have received from our Farewell Sale, please expect our shipping times to be delayed. We thank you for your generosity and understanding.
• UPS provides our shipping services through UPS Ground; your package is picked up from our warehouse by UPS and delivered directly to your address by their delivery network.
• Please see the map below for estimated time in transit from our warehouse (in business days). Subject to change due to holidays, weather conditions, etc.

Expedited Shipping

• 3-Day Business Shipping $20.00
• 2-Day Business Shipping $30.00
• 1-Day Business Shipping $40.00

Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday and on Friday before 12:00 pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.

Shipping Outside the United States

We are no longer able to ship to international customers as we are ramping down operations in preparation for our permanent closure. Thank you for your understanding.

In the unlikely event that your package is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. This allows us to promptly process a refund or ship the correct item to you. Items reported as missing or incorrect after this 14-day window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
