Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $100 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $100 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 for UPS standard ground delivery.
Orders received Monday through Friday typically ship within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends.
UPS provides our shipping services and does not deliver to post office boxes so please provide a physical address to avoid a delay in shipping.

Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.
Return and Exchange Policy within the Continental U.S.
We stand behind our products and want our customers to be pleased with their purchase. Tail gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise purchased online or by phone for delivery that shipped to an address within the continental U.S. for a full refund or exchange within 120 days of original purchase. Styles sold as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping/Returns Outside the Continental United States
Tail charges a flat rate of $25 to any country, as well as Hawaii and Alaska. We ship to anywhere that UPS can ship. Please be aware that there may be duty or custom fees charged by your country that are not Tail’s responsibility. By purchasing, the customer accepts FULL responsibility of duty or custom fees.

Styles sold as “Final Sale” are not eligible for a refund. Please note the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, duties and taxes associated for returning any item, as well as $25.00 for any exchange order requested.
Refunds are issued in the same form as your original payment method. For purchases made with a gift card, the refund will go back on to the gift card(s) used for the original purchase. If returning an item greater than 120 days old, please provide personal identification to receive a refund via a Tail Activewear Gift Card. (Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash). If returning a gift, you will receive your refund only on a Tail Activewear Gift Card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges.
To begin a return, please follow these instructions:
Enter the email address associated with the original order, you will then receive an email with a link that will direct you to your order history and verify your identity. Or you can simply enter your original order number and shipping zip code and your order history will open right away.
Choose the items you are returning, as well as the reason why.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Use of the prepaid shipping label will deduct $5 from your return.
You will also receive an instant refund voucher that you can use as a gift card if you choose to. If you do not want it, simply ignore the voucher and your refund will go back on to your original form of payment once received and inspected.
Once your items are inspected by Tail, you will get your refund typically within 5-10 business days after delivery to our warehouse.
If you prefer, you may choose the return shipping service of your choice and a full refund for merchandise returned will be processed. Please choose a return shipping service that provides tracking information. Returns and exchanges should be shipped to:
