SHIPPING

Standard Shipping

Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.

  • Orders received Monday through Friday typically ship within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends.
  • UPS provides our shipping services through UPS Ground; your package is picked up from our warehouse by UPS and delivered directly to your address by their delivery network.
  • Please see the map below for estimated time in transit from our warehouse (in business days). Subject to change due to holidays, weather conditions, etc.

Expedited Shipping

  • 3-Day Business Shipping $20.00
  • 2-Day Business Shipping $30.00
  • 1-Day Business Shipping $40.00

Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Thursday and on Friday before 12:00 pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.

Shipping Outside the United States

Tail charges a flat rate of $25 to any country that UPS can ship to. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

We are confident in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about fabric or fit before placing your order, please reach out to our customer service team here.

In the unlikely event that your package is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. This allows us to promptly process a refund or ship the correct item to you. Items reported as missing or incorrect after this 14-day window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Cute top! Nice fabric

Wore this top to the gym for the first time tonight. Very comfortable, moved well with my body. I agree with the previous reviewers, nice, thick fabric, feels like quality. Kept me cool during the workout. It's a good length, not too long on my 5' 3" frame, resting right at my hips. Didn't ride up to while pressing barbell overhead.

Cute top and nice material

The Zanzibar is a really cute top. The material is a little thicker than most Tail tennis tops. Unfortunately, I had to return it, as the armpits were too big, although the rest of the shirt fit great. Very disappointing, because I really liked the shirt, but did not want to alter. For reference, I'm 5'9", weigh 140 and wear a 36C. I wear a small in golf tops and dresses and a medium in tennis shirts. Size up.
