Please note: Due to the incredible response to Tail’s relaunch, some orders may require a little extra processing time. Our team is working hard to get every order on its way as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and support.
Shipping
Standard Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $79 after discounts are applied.
For orders under $79:
Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most continental U.S. orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by holidays, weather, and carrier delays.

Expedited Shipping
Need it sooner? Choose from the following expedited options at checkout:

Expedited orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday–Thursday or by 12:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the same business day, excluding holidays.
Expedited shipping is available within the continental United States only.
International Shipping
Tail ships internationally to countries serviced by UPS for a flat rate of $25.00.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges collected at delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in every Tail purchase.
For added peace of mind, you may add Free Returns & Exchanges for $3.98 to your order at checkout. When purchased, eligible items can be returned or exchanged without additional return shipping fees.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with an item missing or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Reporting the issue within this timeframe allows our team to quickly review your order and arrange a replacement or refund when eligible.
Requests submitted after 14 days may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
